About the Role- Marketing Lead
- Fundamentally, you’ll be developing and executing a broad marketing plan, budgeting and strategy by increasing product and brand awareness.
- You’ll bring us creative ideas we’ve never considered in the past. You’ll challenge our thinking and help us see ourselves in a new light.
- You’ll keep an eye on analytics. You’ll be reaching out to groups, organizations, movements, and events we should be partnering with.
- You see things other people miss, and you know how to put leverage to good use. You know how to mix wild ideas with a practical pitch.
- Moving forward we want to be intentional about creative awareness( Introducing our brand to people who don’t know us), prompting consideration( Getting people to consider us for purchase), and driving conversion (Purchase and use our product)
- Bottom-line, this is a high impact position. In time, the business should look better with you on board. A clear case of before and after. You’ll help us be noticed, be seen, and be found.
Major Responsibilities: - Plan, budget, execute and lead all the marketing programs and strategy
- Effectively execute all the branding activities aligning with business strategy
- Finalization of ground-level activities with expected sales target and budget to the different channels
- Ensure monthly target is distributed among all the channels and is in line with the annual plan
- Closely monitor and coordinate with principal companies to find out the planning of new product launch
- Analyze the sales and consumer buying behavior/ trend and propose marketing plans and activities accordingly
- Manage the team effectively and drive their performance to meet the goals and objectives
- Prepare all related monthly planning and execution report
Job Specification:
At least a Masters's with 3 years of experience in the managerial position or a Bachelor’s with 5 years of experience in the managerial position.
Note: You’ll have a team that will support creative, PR, Content writing, Social Media Handling, and BTL events. All you have to do is bring team alignment with the marketing strategy and then execute them.
