Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding, strategic thinker with superior analytical, modelling and planning skills to lead the S&P team. You should have excellent data analysis, problem solving and project management skills, with experience applying data to business problems. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong process improvement aptitude, and be willing to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis. You should be detail-oriented, have strong business judgment, and be able to successfully represent performance goals and deliverables to management.
• Manage and lead the S&P team, being the linchpin tying together each departments and teams’ initiatives and activities to provide the best overview and insights to senior management
• Work cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and marketing and logistics teams, to identify new business drivers and opportunities
• Be the main POC for the Regional S&P team, driving through and deploying initiatives in your country, and delivering insights and analyses for regional consideration and implementation
• Lead the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process, working closely with multiple teams to provide the most accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly business forecasts
• Manage and own the discounting budget and strategy, ensuring its deployment is in line with overall business strategies, while maintaining maximum efficiency
• Lead a team of analysts who extract, deep-dive into, & manipulate data to identify root causes, and derive actionable insights

Requirements
• Bachelors/Masters degree from a top university in Business, Accounting & Finance, Statistics or Economics subjects
• 3-5 years’ experience in demand and/or supply-chain planning and data analytics, with a proven track record delivering insightful and actionable analyses to senior management • Go-getter attitude, willing to immerse themselves in the business, and a proactive approach to getting things done, adapting to changing scope and evolving business environments
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to successfully negotiate with different stakeholders across various business environments and cultures; fluent in English
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL proficiency are required Benefits
