    1.Empathy

    3.Calmness, Time management.

    3.Confident ,service knowledge.

    5.Ability to cope the customer issue.

    6.Postive attitude

    7. Self control.

    8.  Adaptability.

    9. Communication skill.

  2. In my years of eperience the key skills to handle customer efficiently is communucation skills. Have a smile on your face and communicate customer with "Mitho  Boli".
