To serve as a bridge between the Nepali human resources and the overseas employer(s).
To serve as local representative for overseas employer(s) to complete government formalities for recruitment arrangement for interview, pre-selection and selection of manpower and other assignment as required.
To provide timely communication, professional services to the worker(s) and overseas employer(s).
Liaison with country concerned embassy, consulate for documentation and other procedures for visa related matters.
In-country contract of worker(s) with concerned employer(s).
